Fall is just around the corner, and a seasonal celebration kicks off in the Topps digital world this week. Big releases arrive on Topps Total Football, Star Wars™: Card Trader, Topps Bunt, and Marvel Collect! Here’s what collectors should watch out for this week in the Topps apps.
Fall Fright Season Begins – Marvel Collect!
Marvel Collect! enters autumn early this week with the Fall Fright Season kickoff on September 19. Tune in to earn free credits and cards just by playing, or purchase a Premium Pass to collect an exclusive seasonal set. Your favorite heroes and villains are all here with frightful new designs, so start collecting when the action kicks off on Thursday.
Arcade Collection ’24 Series 2 is Here – Marvel Collect!
Spooky season isn’t the only thing happening in the Marvel Collect! app this week. While the Fall Fright Season looks ahead, Series 2 of the 2024 Arcade Collection looks back at a golden age of gaming. Collect Roster cards for Wolverine, Ghost-Spider, Elektra, and tons of other characters, all bearing the stylistic touches of the ‘90s arcade games.
The designs get even more nostalgic with mini-sets like the 8-bit Pet Avengers, retro Game Decks and Arcade Games, and the Legendary Marvel Versus collection. It’s an avalanche of pixel art and old-school video game vibes, all paying homage to Marvel’s proud history in the arcade. Series 2 arrived on September 14, so get in the app and start assembling your favorites.
A New Season and a New Series – Topps BUNT
The Road to the World Series begins this week in the Topps BUNT app. The new season starts on September 18, bringing a range of digital collectibles. Assemble the all-time playoff home run leaders with new Postseason Power cards, and celebrate today’s stars with the Level Up set. Plus, complete all 50 season levels for a chance to win limited Topps Home Field Advantage cards.
Then, on September 20, Sterling Series 2 arrives on Topps BUNT, bringing over 100 newly-released Limited Edition Cards. It’s the best time of year for baseball fans and the best time to start collecting with Topps BUNT.
High Tek Wave 2 Arrives – Star Wars™: Card Trader
The Topps Star Wars™ High Tek series made a big splash with Wave 1 a couple of weeks ago, and now you can keep collecting the iconic cards digitally with Wave 2, releasing in Star Wars™: Card Trader on September 20. There are three Base Patterns to collect, plus bonus Mandalorian cards. Get in on the action when the new wave drops on Friday.
Total Performers are Here – Topps Total Football
Rounding out a massive week for Topps digital collectors is the new Total Performers set, which is out today in the Topps Total Football app. These cards include iconic moments and star players from the storied history of the Champions League, with Cristiano Ronaldo, Filippo Inzaghi, Thierry Henry, and many more making appearances. It’s the perfect set for superfans and new collectors alike.
